Job Description

Provide inviting and positive experiences for all customers, and make specific product recommendations based on the customers’ needs and preferences

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming customer experience
Build rapport with customers and make product recommendations
Develop and maintain product knowledge
Complete Point of Sale transactions accurately
Ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in retail, customer service, and hospitality
Basic business administration knowledge
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift packages under 30 pounds
Must be 21 years of age
Background check required
