Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas
• Verify that merchandise information matches the work order
• Inspect merchandise for damage, flaws, or irregularities
• Pack merchandise securely for delivery
• Transport packed items to the delivery truck staging area
• Finalize work orders and update the database accordingly
• Receive merchandise and fulfill orders promptly and accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
• Assist with inventory audits as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with line supervisors, managers, and dispensary customers
• Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office (preferred)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to efficiently follow instructions and complete tasks
• Basic understanding of state marijuana laws, rules, and regulations
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in inventory management and/or fulfillment, including pulling orders for shipment
