Front of House Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Development of high customer experience standards
• Implementation of a world-class customer service program
• Work closely with GM and other Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals
• Comply and audit cash procedures
• Directly supervise the check-in/camera assigned team
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation
• Deliver results and strategic direction
• Communicate and collaborate with other Managers
• Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures
• Assure that staff have a thorough understanding of corporate processes, SOPs, and provide education
• Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team
• Manage the performance, coach, and discipline team members

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred
• Store management experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising the training, quality, and customer service in retail
• Minimum 4 years' retail experience
• Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with significant P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Valid Driver's License and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle background check
