Floor Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, product selection, and administration
• Serve as a Leader on Duty (LOD) and train new employees
• Open the store and prep staff for the first few customers
• Train new employees on the POS system and Ecommerce platform
• Assist patients with difficult questions around product usage

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Physical requirements: able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs, capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
