Field Sales Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and grow the market share in a defined territory
• Increase brand awareness and loyalty
• Travel to dispensaries within assigned territory to attend/host scheduled in-store pop-ups and other industry events
• Provide location-driven product education to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Become an expert on PTS products, use, and inventory
• Deliver samples and marketing materials to designated locations
• Manage all visual merchandising displays within dispensaries
• Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
• Use customer relationship management software to log all communication and record vital account and contact information
• Maintain expert industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
• Provide exceptional customer service by staying on top of pending requests and communicating with the appropriate departments
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Leadership Team and territory partners to develop and deliver an appropriate, relevant, and effective narrative for prospect and client communications

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales experience
• Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with strong communication and organization skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to preparation, presentation, and follow-up
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively across different teams or departments
• Capacity to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate patience, and remain calm in stressful situations
