Field and Community Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the state's field marketing team, providing daily direction, support, and mentorship
• Manage the full lifecycle of staffing, including hiring, onboarding, training, and initial 90-day support for new hires
• Create, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field visits, Jeeter University events, and Social Hours
• Lead the planning and execution of all Jeeter University education programs
• Own the execution of in-market field programs consisting of Hook Up Days, Social Hours, and community activations
• Partner closely with the VM, Sales and Field teams to drive best-in-class visual merchandising execution
• Develop and manage state-specific budtender VIP and ambassador initiatives
• Act as the voice of the market by monitoring local trends, competitive activity, and retail execution opportunities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and allocating resources in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Asana, and other project management tools for tracking and reporting
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 4+ years of team management experience, including hiring, training, and supervising field or community teams
• 4+ years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, and event planning, with a proven track record of executing successful community initiatives
