Job Description

Assist day-to-day cultivation operations, lead a team of cultivators, and oversee irrigation and fertigation systems to produce high-quality cannabis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and performance of irrigation and fertigation systems
Operate, monitor, and maintain the Netafim fertigation skid
Develop, schedule, and implement irrigation and watering programs
Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system failures
Prepare and mix nutrient solutions and additives
Maintain detailed irrigation and fertigation logs
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

Cannabis cultivation knowledge
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to pivot to new tasks as operational needs change
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
