Job Description

Manage the functionality of the facility and systems, ensuring compliance with state medical cannabis program regulations and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage facility maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness
Oversee contractors and vendors
Prepare facility for seasonal changes
Establish and implement maintenance schedules
Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments
Inspect and evaluate facility condition
Manage projects and renovations
Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations

Requirements

21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or project management
HVAC experience
Facility services experience
Pass background check and licensing requirements
Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field
Certifications (FMP, CFM, FMC)
