Facility Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve excellence through effective planning, staffing, scheduling, and communication
• Lead and develop a team to maintain buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment
• Submit and complete work orders accurately and effectively
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs and state and federal regulations
• Champion a safety culture

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience managing operations and facility management teams
• HVAC Certification Preferred
• Understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Ability to use task management system and reporting
• Strong people and leadership skills
