Facility Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work lists
• Check HVAC, door, interior/exterior lighting, roof, and general premises on a routine schedule
• Maintain building systems, including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, and building security
• Waste disposal and facility cleaning
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Ensure automated equipment remains operational through routine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify and resolve maintenance needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trouble-shooting skills
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems, industrial electrical installations, and control circuits
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• HVAC Certified preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
