Job Description

The Facility Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility. This role will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recyclables
Restock supplies, such as paper products and cleaning solutions
Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
Work safely and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous custodial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to pass a background check
