Facilities Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Patching and repairing drywall
• Painting and staining various mediums
• Perform basic plumbing maintenance
• Perform basic electrical maintenance
• Performs routine maintenance when necessary
• Troubleshoots equipment and machines
• Groundskeeping such as winter maintenance and lawn care
• Assists in cleaning and custodial duties
• Follows compliance and security guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair for commercial and residential settings
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Team player who can also work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to difference facilities within PA
• Experience with metal and wood fabrication preferred
• Experience with surface equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights of 15 feet or higher
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to pass state-mandated background checks
• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record are required
