Facilities Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and visitors
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests
• Complete light carpentry and repair tasks
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Respond promptly to urgent and emergency issues
• Assist with snow removal, de-icing, and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, state, local, and company regulations
• Perform routine cleaning of facility spaces, equipment, and tools

Requirements

• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and supplies
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred
