Facilities Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily sanitation procedures including bathrooms, hallways, break areas, and anything inside/outside of the facility
• Restocks all PPE, trash, and restroom supplies throughout the building daily
• Perform minor repairs of all buildings and equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform major repairs at the direction and under the supervision of the Facilities Manager
• Responsibly use and/or operate vehicles, tools, materials, parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment when necessary
• Install and maintain new equipment at the direction of the Facilities Manager
• Follow maintenance and repair schedules set forth by the Facilities Manager
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration
• Promptly report any system failure, malfunction, or facility damage to the Facilities Manager

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree or technical qualifications related to plumbing, mechanical maintenance, HVAC/A.C certification, engineering, logistics, or related field (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs
• Must have night and weekend availability
