Facilities Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation procedures
• Restock PPE, trash, and restroom supplies
• Perform minor repairs of buildings and equipment
• Perform major repairs under the supervision of the Facilities Manager
• Responsible use and operation of vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Install and maintain new equipment
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues
• Follow maintenance and repair schedules
• Scheduling maintenance when necessary
• Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks
• Wash and sort employee uniforms
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and miscellaneous repairs
• Knowledge of the marijuana industry preferred
• Basic math skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team
