Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs of buildings and equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform major repairs under the supervision of the manager
• Responsibly use and operate vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Install and maintain new equipment
• Follow maintenance and repair schedules
• Responsible for daily sanitation procedures
• Restock PPE, trash, and restroom supplies
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Promptly report system failures or facility damage
• Assist the manager with daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
• Assist in other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Progressive work history showing willingness to accept additional projects or challenges
• 1 year experience as an industrial mechanic (preferred)
• Basic math skills for inventory and measurements
• Prior experience with building maintenance and construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Mechanical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
