Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facilities, equipment, and systems of a company in Fairless Hills, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC systems and be able to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure the facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems

Requirements

Experience with HVAC systems required
2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
