Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. This role will ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently, and that the facility is safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair, and be able to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems and equipment
Ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently
Maintain a safe and well-maintained facility
Work independently to complete tasks and projects

Requirements

Experience in maintenance and repair
Ability to work independently
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift and move equipment
High school diploma or equivalent required
