Facilities Associate 2

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Check and review daily emails and communications
• Attend Daily Directional Meetings to set daily priorities and direction
• Ensure the maintenance shop is kept in a clean and orderly fashion
• Perform filter changes in the roof top units as scheduled
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all building support systems
• Use a multi meter to check and measure voltage, amps, and resistance
• Monitor greenhouse schedules and conduct required tasks when harvesting is conducted
• Follow all procedures according to local and state regulations and company policies
• Maintain operational excellence at all workstations/areas

Requirements

• Mechanical/high speed production packaging equipment experience
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and 277vac lighting experience
• Ability to respond to emergency calls
• Ability to work at least 1 day on the weekend
• Cannabis industry experience (1+ years preferred)
• Advanced communication, math, organizational, and computer skills
