Job Description

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for operating multiple forms of extraction and processing equipment within the Etain manufacturing facility in Chestertown, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Extract plant material through ethanol and CO2 extraction
Process plant extract through a variety of purification and refinement steps
Participate in Research and Development activities
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records
Perform preventative and restoration maintenance on equipment
Participate in packaging activities
Dispose of waste according to regulations
Follow company guidelines for sanitary practices
Participate in cleaning manufacturing areas

Requirements

High School Diploma
5 years of experience in mechanical settings
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Mechanical knowledge and skill required
Must be 21 years of age to apply per NY State regulations
