Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leaders' calendars with attention to detail
• Book executive travel and provide detailed itineraries
• Drive productivity within the team and keep senior executives on track with project deadlines
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Provide advanced reminders on upcoming key events
• Act as a key resource for the senior executive team
• Proofread and update electronic or paper documents
• Maintain an organized system of paper and electronic documents
• Provide in-office coverage and backup coverage for other EAs as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years supporting C-level executives
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proficiency with SAP Concur
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate
• Comfortable in a service-focused role
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
