ERP Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Sage X3 support across four sites
• Conduct user training sessions and system walkthroughs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Assist with system configuration and enhancements
• Lead data conversion efforts, including building import templates, working with department managers to gather and format data for system upload
• Build custom reports and queries to support stakeholder requests
• Analyze ERP data and provide actionable insights
• Act as the internal ERP owner and subject matter expert
• Provide strategic guidance on new system features and external integrations

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Sage X3
• Strong knowledge of Sage X3 table structure
• Experience supporting manufacturing, inventory, and sales modules
• Strong knowledge of system integrations
• Experience with Metrc
• Knowledge of cost analysis and commonly used costing methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and training skills

• Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually
