Environmental Controls Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead other department associates and perform routine and preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and repair to HVAC and Agriculture Control Systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing problems
• Provide and track documentation of system equipment and environmental conditions
• Respond to emergency service needs in a timely manner
• Perform point to point verification on field wiring at times and not limited to troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
• Coordinate contractors ensuring minimal operational impacts

Requirements

• Planning, delegation, communication, and time management skills are required
• Some schooling or prior experience in HVAC, electrical, and/or IT preferred
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50lbs
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Capable of using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel, and pick
