DTC Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the Dry, Trim, Cure Department
• Schedule DTC staff and execute proper curing procedures
• Track efficiency and enter data into inventory control systems
• Operate and maintain AutoCures and traditional curing vessels
• Monitor and maintain curing rooms and dry rooms at desired environmental conditions
• Record and enter required data points into inventory control systems
• Schedule and oversee Dry and Final Trim sessions
• Ensure finished product is remitted into Auto Cure units or traditional curing vessels
• Cycle, monitor, and maintain Dry Rooms

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card
• Ability to understand and achieve department and company goals
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Thorough command of compliance software and job-specific information technology
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Flexible work schedule required
• Proficient in Windows-based software
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
