Job Description

The Driver position at Standard Farms is critical to the daily operations of Standard Farms’ business, responsible for delivering packages while upholding company values and maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Anticipate vehicle maintenance issues
Load and unload cargo safely
Recognize and report potential efficiency issues
Follow traffic laws and regulatory requirements
Communicate with customers effectively
Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness
Adhere to safety and loss prevention protocols
Handle paperwork and cash remittance
Assist with picking and packaging products

Requirements

1-3 years of experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
25 years of age or over
Strong customer/client focus
Understanding of area street grids
Ability to use navigation software
Self-directed and able to work unsupervised
