Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-performing dispensary management teams
• Develop and coach employees to achieve individual and team goals
• Uphold a culture of accountability and forward-thinking in performance management
• Assess store staffing and efficiency for improvement opportunities
• Partner with Human Resources to investigate and resolve employee relations concerns
• Lead dispensary managers in forecasting, scheduling, customer service, and program execution
• Analyze business metrics to create and implement action plans for growth and improvement
• Achieve sales objectives through performance of sales and inventory plans
• Collaborate with Regional Buyer to select product line enhancements
• Gather data and insights to contribute to strategic plans for the region
• Establish and nurture key business partner relationships across departments

Requirements

• Strong leadership and talent management skills
• Ability to develop and coach employees
• Experience in business operations and management
• Knowledge of dispensary operations and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and business partners
• Regular travel within the state and periodic travel to other states required
