• Assess and address performance gaps and career aspirations of management team

• Develop and implement succession planning initiatives

• Partner with HR to resolve employee relations concerns

• Lead new store opening initiatives

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment

• Ability to travel regularly within the state and periodically to other states
