Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop high-performing dispensary management team
• Assess management performance and develop leadership pipeline
• Coach and inspire employees to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop and implement succession planning initiatives
• Uphold culture of accountability and forward-thinking
• Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations concerns
• Develop organization plans to drive company and individual performance
• Lead new store opening project initiatives
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans for growth and improvement
• Achieve sales objectives through performance of sales and inventory plans
• Establish key business partner relationships across departments
• Provide regular updates and feedback to corporate retail leadership
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations Management to ensure quality and compliance

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong talent management and development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and create action plans
• Knowledge of dispensary operations and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel regularly within the state and periodically to other states
