Distribution Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provides fulfillment reporting to purchasing and planning team
• Manages and maintains wholesale order management system
• Evaluates and manages order fulfillment practices
• Enforces and optimizes fulfillment and logistics procedures
• Controls scheduling of all incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration throughout the supply chain
• Provides training to associates based on established process documentation
• Coordinates maintenance and upfitting of vehicles as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related equivalent preferred
• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• 5+ years of inventory control experience
• Proficient with excel, inventory, and order management systems
• Ability to use the computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when required
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested
• Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture preferred
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry, which includes a pre-employment background check
