Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dispensary staff during assigned shifts
• Process customer transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, credit transactions, and inventory management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws (or willingness to learn)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
