Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations during assigned shift
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Supervise and support dispensary staff
• Manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check
