Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Collaborate with the dispensary team to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
