Dispensary Sales Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals
• Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales
• Deliver excellent customer experiences
• Assess customer health conditions and needs
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor
• Conduct inventory counts and sales reports
• Record customer interactions and actions taken
• Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research
• Maintain knowledge of product guide and benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience desired
• Sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Weekend availability
• Valid driver's license strongly preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
