Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including the sales floor and inventory areas
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
