Dispensary Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily dispensary operations, including cash management, record keeping, employee scheduling, inventory management, and recruiting
• Mentor Dispensing Agents to ensure patients receive the utmost care
• Manage intake of all deliveries, including verifying accuracy and inspecting packages
• Deliver a superior level of customer service, both in person and by phone
• Maintain the highest level of compliance and ensure all proper legal and company policies and procedures are strictly followed
• Diffuse difficult situations and ensure issues are resolved to the member's satisfaction while upholding company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent, bachelor's preferred
• 1-2 years of previous management experience
• Cash management and inventory control skills
• Familiarity with varieties of medical marijuana (preferred but not required)
• Computer skills necessary for running day-to-day operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age and in compliance with federal law
• Must complete a State/Federal background check and fingerprinting
