Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face and by phone
• Provide education and advice to customers
• Assist with inventory and cash management
• Prepare orders and enter product information
• Check IDs and admit customers
• Process point-of-sale transactions and verify order accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures and investigate variances
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
