Job Description

The Botanist, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, is seeking a Dispensary Associate to interact with patients, provide education and advice, and assist with inventory and cash management. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities, including preparing orders, entering product information, and admitting patients. The ideal candidate will share our vision and values, and be passionate about the cannabis industry. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team and contribute to the success of our dispensary.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with patients face-to-face and by phone to provide education and advice
Assist with inventory management and cash handling
Prepare orders and enter product information
Call patients with product requests and admit patients
Record-keeping and maintaining accurate records
Interact with local service providers

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to providing excellent patient care
