Dispatch Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the overnight intake of long-haul transfers and cross-hub shipments
• Prepare, stage, and load delivery vehicles for the upcoming delivery shift
• Operate lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks to securely move and organize pallets and product within the warehouse
• Coordinate dispatch paperwork including manifests, AP summaries, and invoices
• Support real-time driver communications during dispatch window
• Track and monitor reschedules, rejected product, and reverse logistics
• Provide leadership and task delegation to overnight dispatch associates and drivers

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to work in the cannabis industry
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
• Monday - Friday on-site work availability
• Ability to work occasional weekend shifts
• Clean driving record
