Director of Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, QIS, and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 15+ production personnel

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing operations management
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, QIS, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
