Job Description

The Director of Accounting will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will be responsible for leading the accounting team and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting leadership and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the accounting team and provide guidance on accounting principles and procedures
Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required
5+ years of experience in accounting leadership
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
