Director, Edibles Implementation

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team and provide subject matter expertise
• Scale up processes in various manufacturing facilities
• Troubleshoot processing issues and document process deviations
• Lead the Edibles Implementation team
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing sites on food processing methods, equipment, and techniques
• Analyze data to drive efficiency, process improvements, workflow changes, and critical decision-making
• Develop and implement quality control protocols to maintain consistent product quality and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM discipline preferred
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Pass any and all required background checks
