Job Description

The Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also involve working in a retail store environment, assisting with curbside pickup and delivery orders, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with curbside pickup and delivery orders
Maintain a safe and clean vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
High school diploma or equivalent required
