Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure the secure and timely delivery of cannabis products to Dispensaries and Wholesale customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, expertise, and innovation, and will be the face of the company on the road, maintaining compliance and safety standards while creating a positive experience with every delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver products safely and promptly to designated locations
Coordinate with the Processing and Packaging team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Maintain delivery vehicles in excellent condition and perform routine checks
Document delivery, maintenance, and compliance information accurately
Plan efficient delivery routes using routing software and GPS tools
Represent the brand with a professional and courteous demeanor
Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or GED with at least six months of related experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Proficiency with routing software and mapping programs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, walking, and sitting during deliveries
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when necessary
