Customer Intake Associate (Part-Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers
• Process patients and customers by validating identification and entering information into the POS system
• Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, and updating patient files
• Provide brief explanations of services to new patients and customers
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the front desk and lobby area
• Manage visitor access and act as a liaison to other departments on security needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to state cannabis agency regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a dispensary or cannabis-related field is a plus
