Customer Intake Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to patients and customers
• Process patients and customers into the POS system
• Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones and emails
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area
• Become educated on all cannabis products offered
• Manage visitor access and act as a liaison to all departments on security needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to state cannabis agency policies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
