Customer Intake Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to patients and customers
• Process patients and customers by validating identification and entering information into the POS system
• Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, and checking-in patients
• Provide brief explanations of services to new patients and customers
• Manage visitor access and act as a liaison to all departments on security needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including restrooms

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail or inventory setting
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, or retail environment
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to state cannabis agency policies and regulations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
