Custodial Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the general cleanliness of the company building and equipment
• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, windows, counters, and disposing of trash
• Ensure bathrooms and break rooms are clean and tidy
• Maintain outside facility including sweeping and general clean-up
• Maintain supply and refill supply inventory
• Maintain cleaning equipment and inventory
• Report maintenance or repairs issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift packages/boxes under 50 pounds
• Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
• Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
• Ability to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
