Cure Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up to date and comply with industry compliance standards
• Adhere to safety policies and wear personal protective equipment
• Sanitize and clean workstations and cure rooms
• Maintain inventory and allocate harvest batches
• Communicate abnormalities found with the product to management
• Accurately weigh and prepare packages for processing
• Record usage and follow operational instructions on using the purify box
• Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted
• Field general departmental questions and operate daily tasks independently

Requirements

• At least 1 year of post-harvest experience in trimming/bucking preferred
• 1-3 years of cannabis industry experience preferred
• Basic understanding of medical/recreational marijuana laws and regulations
• Intermediate math skills and knowledge of how to use a scale
• Analyzing material/products for abnormalities
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
• High School Diploma/GED
• Pass a comprehensive background check
