Cure Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Manager of Post Harvest and Cure Lead to guide and train Cure department members
• Ensuring product is dried and cured properly, sorted through machinery efficiently, and properly stored
• Operating machinery to sort and trim dried cannabis product
• Maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of the machinery
• Executing objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment
• Organizing and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs
• Ensuring accurate and legible logging of spreadsheets and labels
• Supporting the communication and secure transport of dried product
• Quality assurance review of product
• Communicating concerns with leadership of the department
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Preferred commercial cannabis experience of 1 year
• One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others
• Demonstrates respectful verbal and written communication capability
