Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order
• Building and setting up profiles in Leaf Logix
• Updating all steps during the process of applicable software program applications
• Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship
• Answer customer’s questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls
• Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales
• Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures
• Report on all issues to management
• Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area

Requirements

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
• Understanding and knowledge of cannabis products
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years working in a retail setting, cannabis a plus
